Infiniti Performance Academy
These case studies document our involvement with the Infiniti Performance Academy, ATP partnered with leading agency PRISM to design a bespoke, practical assessment experience for their client INFINITI, who at the time were the title partner of the Red Bull Racing Formula One™ Team.
After an in-depth global interview process, just 12 lucky candidates faced a three day challenge relating to road car and racing car engineering. With the in-depth assessment process split between INFINITI's Technical Centre in Cranfield, UK and INFINITI Red Bull Racing in Milton Keynes, UK, the final candidates faced a series of challenges where only three lucky individuals would be offered the chance of a lifetime - a full time job for one year.
Our brief required candidates to participate in a design challenge that not only enhanced team collaboration but also reinforced the critical importance of precision, communication and agility whilst demonstrating leadership —skills essential to success in today’s fast-paced business environment. Through a hands-on, immersive simulation, participants were challenged to work together under pressure, improving their efficiency, problem-solving, and trust in one another.
